Dies while driving?!?!?!

Hi, just to start off I have a Acura Tl 3.2L with 204,000 miles on it. I have, in the past month or so replaced: spark plugs, valve cover gaskets, spark plug tube seals, intake manifold plenum gaskets, MAP sensor, IACV, PCV and cleaned the TB really good. NOW yesterday I started it up fine, drove 25 miles turned the car off for 15 min and wouldnt start back up, wanted to but didnt. I waited and it finally started after 15 min, then drove it about 5 miles turned it off for about 5 min and same thing wouldnt start. Waited about 5-10 min and started right up. TODAY went thru the taco bell drive thru an as I came up to the window the car died but this time for about 20 min in the drive thru, after I just waited and it started. I drove straight to AutoZone and they tested my battery while it was still in the car and it tested a bad battery. okay , so I bought a new battery and put it in and the car started up right away no problems. The guy ran another test on it to test the alternator and the starter and they both tested good, along with the battery. SO, the problem continues, im driving doing about 30-35mph and all of a sudden the car dies, while im driving (Note: the check engine light is NOT on and still has not came on) i was gratefully close enough to the house that we just pushed it home and i came in, fed the dogs and got on here to figure out what in the world is going on. I was thinking maybe the fuel pump, fuel pump relay or could it possibly be a bad transponder key for my car. Please let me know. THANK YOU!!!

Check all of the electrical connections and grounds.
Was the charging / starting system load tested ?
Were ya experiencing the problem prior to the recent work ?

Could simply be that the alternator is going bad.

In addition just to rule it out check the neg. and pos. battery cables. Follow them from the terminal post to where they ground. Check for possible fray.
