Transfer case fluid change

My car has the B123 service light on. I've done everything needed on my own except transmission and transfer fluid.

Here's the weird part, I called three different dealers. Two dealers told me transfer fluid change would cost around $300 and they don't think it's necessary. They usually don't change the transfer fluid unless there's a problem and they have never done transfer fluid change as part of regular maintenance.

Then the other dealer is telling me if the car states B3 service then transfer fluid should be flushed and changed and normally should be changed every 30k miles.

Now I'm really confused!! Someone please advise.

Thank you in advance.
