Front differential fluid change?

Hello I recently purchased 2008 RDX tech about a month ago with 76k miles. I did what I do with every vehicle I get is change out all the fluids so that I have a small piece of mind to know that I have all fresh and correct fluids in my car. I changed out the trans fluid and rear fluid, but I can find anything as to weather the front diff and separate from the trans fluid or not? And if it is separate is it just normal diff fluid or the dpsf fluid? I thought I might've seen another drain bolt not far behind the trans drain bolt but I just want to be sure.
Thanks in advance

Front differential fluid is completely separate from the tranny. You'll see the drain bolt rear of the transmission.

Drain fluid, replace with .45 US Quart of Hypoid Gear Oil (SAE 90). Tighten fill and drain bolts to 33 lb/ft when using new crush washers.

Procedure is located on pages 14-199 & 14-200 of Acura Service Manual.

There is a DIY in the DIY section. Its pretty straight forward. I just did my wife's before our long drive to SC/FL and back, along with the tranny and rear diff. I ended up using Amsoil 80W90 gear lube bc none of my local Acura dealers sold quarts of their "hypoid" gear oil as they buy theirs by the barrel. At least thats what I was told.

Can anyone confirm that part # 08200-9014A is the correct fluid for the font diff aka transfer assembly? That is the fluid Curry Acura Parts said was the correct fluid for a 2010 RDX SH AWD when I asked them. From what I can find on the internet it says 08200-9014A is HGO-1 hypoid gear oil (GL-5 75W-85) and HGO-1 was designed to meet the now abandoned API GL-6 classification.

The pdf Acura service manual I have says transfer assembly takes, SAE 90 or 80W90 hypoid gear oil API classified GL4 or GL5. Fyi the pdf manual I have is for a 2007 which I assume should work just fine for a 2010, but maybe I should purchase a 2010 Acura Service manual?

The only previous service record I could find from the dealer didn't list a part number like it usually does for Acura fluids. Instead it just listed "GL" and in the description said 80/90 Gear Lube. I am guessing they probably got it from a big barrel or container and that is why it didn't have the part number. I suppose their is an outside possibility that they could have made a mistake in the notation or used the wrong fluid.

I would think the 75W-85 rating of 08200-9014A might mean it is a little thinner than the 80W90 listed in the 2007 manual and the one previous service record I have. I just want to make sure that 08200-9014A is the correct stuff before I have them ship it to me.

Diff Fluid

I have an 07 RDX, I wasn't aware of a separate front Diff either, I just replace the Rear Diff fluid with 3 Qts of ENOS Import DPS Fluid from RockAuto.com. I have Jegs 80/90w GL-5 that I will B replacing the Front Diff fluid tomorrow. Walmarts 80/90w Gear Oil is GL-5 also that I use in my Tractor.
