I have a Rattling Sound on Acceleration coming from the front of a Brand New MDX. This sound doesn't happen when the car is cold , ie out of the garage or in the morning , but only after few minutes of driving . Very Noticeable when accelerating from a Stop sign. I don't want to take to the Dealer unless i know whats going on.

I took my Acura to the dealership, The technician heard the noise with me during the test drive and he felt the Engine Mount is bad ( The Mileage on the MDX was around 600 Miles) . Acura changed the Back and Front Engine Mount but still the noise was present. I opened a case with the Acura Client care , and after that the dealership asked me to come again and do a test ride with the Acura field tech. I took him for a ride and after he heard the abnormal sound , he said that they would keep the MDX and fix it. Dealership gave me a loaner for the second time in 1 week.
Next day the dealership called and said that the sound is normal per the Acura field tech and they would not do any more repair on the MDX. Talked with Acura Client Relations few hours later and they told me the decision of the Acura field tech is final and not appealable , and I need to go to consumer rights brochure in my glove box , to pursue further.
Can someone help me and guide me how should i move forward ? Where can i get the email address's of senior management of Acura so that i could share cry for help is heard .
