Early WB replacement?
I had Discount Tire rotate my tires, and the whining noise that I made a thread about stayed in the same location. Confused if its poor build quality or a nail somehow was able to damage the Wheel Bearing? This is way too early to replace a wheel bearing IMO.
For anyone asking, my MDX has 43,110 miles on the odo.

you could have just posted in that thread...
give the wheel the good ole wheel bearing shake test.
if there's excessive play, it could very well be a wheel bearing.
btw, couldnt hear anything in your video...just sounded like a normal sunday drive.
you can always take it into the Acura dealer and have them diagnose what the issue is...

Bearings are a mechanical device. Any mechanical de ice can fail anywhere from 15 minutes to 15 years. Heck, I have put new bearings in a machine and had them fail at startup. Not often but it does happen. Acura should take care of it under your 50K warranty.

I know they should, but the SA at our local Acura dealer literally asked me if my MDX was in any wreck or had any damage to it, considering I've been going to Acura for ONLY warranty work.

Well, back to square one. Acura SA just told me it's not the wheel bearing, so they are doing a huge procedure. Now I have no idea what this problem is.

Dealer ordered a shaft that's associated with the CV Axle (not sure of correct term, since its the first time I have heard about this term). Its on back order so I will be heading back to the dealer to get it replaced probably next week. The inner components of that part was damaged which caused that whining noise from 45 MPH. And as always, Acura fulfills its warranty coverage! So far this is the only manufacturer that I used that new car warranty.

They gave me my car back, as they have deemed its still drivable. Its not that bad to drive around, since its just a noise, but we do have another vehicle in the family fleet to use (although it is notorious with electrical issues up the wazoo and Nissan won't do jack with warranty; it has 10k miles on it and its an year old).
