Anybody experience this? The ice finally melted and i was hAndwashing my 3G when i noticed some staining under both the front and read paasenger door handles. Upon closer inspection i noticed that the "chrome" finish of the door handles were wearing. Im assuming its from the harsh winter road salts/chemicals but WTF, no way it should look like this after one winter.
I havnt brought to Dealer yet but was curious if anyone else experience same issue
Im meticulous with it. Although i absolutley hate taking it to drive-thru carwash i did so at least 3 times this winter just to get the dirt off so its not like the truck Sat covered in salt all winter.
Needless to say... Not a happy camper. (Still big Acura fan)

 

i have seen it first hand on one of the first built,go to the dealership and show this ,they will replace your handle and fix the rust stain on your paint do it as soon as possible you dont want the corrosion go somewhere else .

 

I wonder how many others have this same problem?

 

No doubt heading to dealership and i know they will install new ones, just havent had the time yet
