Had to have headlight replaced due to bad moisture problem.
Got SUV back and had rattle in engine compartment and discovered when they removed cowl over headlight, they broke or lost plastic clip holding down right side. I used foam tape to stick it down.

Rattle on passenger a pillar trim, give it a whack to stop rattle from time to time.

Sometimes steering wheel does not go to custom settings upon entry and just sits there. If I then press driver 1 button, it then moves into position.

Turned SUV on today and heat/ air conditioning had major screw up. Temp setting went to high, fan went to high, direction went to floor, front windshield button lit up. All I did was turn SUV on and never touched any of the controls. At first I thought the windshield defrost had malfunctioned, but when I turned that switch off, none of the other settings returned to their prior settings.

Last but not least, did I mentioned I got a bad rock chip in windshield and am awaiting the orig. parts to get it replaced.

Oh, I've only had the suv for 2 months and 6,000 miles.

 

First of all, 2 months and 6K miles. Wow!

I wonder what trim level your MDX is? I have a base and I have not experienced any electronic issues except for the slow interface.

As for the steering wheels not to the custom settings, I think if you adjust the steering wheels while you are driving, it remembers the position until you press the driver select (1 or 2) buttons. Same thing with side mirrors, etc. I could be wrong here.

I also have a rattle on the passenger side. It comes and goes but is more pronounced during turns.
