2003 MDX engine swap

Can I perform this without a lift using jackstands instead ?????? Blew my engine last week and I am going to replace next week. I have professional help but what is the procedure ???

You may want to repost this in the combined 1G & 2G MDX forum since it's regarding a 2003.
