Wow (anodized AL lug nuts)
I ordered some Work RS nuts in red (I like red) and just cracked open the package. Wow! They're so freakin' light! I had no idea. A single lug nut feels like nothing at all, versus the stock lugs which feel quite substantial.
No wonder they cost so damn much!

WTH happened to my garage
If they're like the ones from Volk, or Ronal (years ago) they're Duralumin, like..crazy light yet strong as they need to be.

Finally got them on on Friday but I'm afraid they don't look too good at all. I think if I had a white car they'd look better; they seem to clash with the Grigio.
I'll snap some pics as soon as I get the chance and you guys can see for yourselves.
I did however immediately notice a difference in steering feel. When I first had these 19s put on I noticed that the steering wheel got heavier and was harder to turn. After putting on these lugs, it feels lighter and I don't have to use as much effort to turn the steering wheel.
Edit: here's the manufacturer's link so you can see the lugs: http://www.workwheelsusa.com/news-post.php?article=59

They dont look too bad from this angle/close up take some shots from a distance so we can see the overall color flow of the lugs and the car.

I swear those lugs look more red than the ones I've seen in the past which looked more pink...which is a good thing. I hated the pink looking ones.
But I think they look OK. I'm not a huge fan of brightly colored lug nuts that stand out, but they're not bad. I'm kind of with you though, they would look better on PWP or something. I think my lugs would have looked great on your wheels with Grigio.

wow I'm loving those pictures of the rims. Those are really tasteful. Looks almost BMW-like in some angles.
The red lugs match the red writing on the rim and the red in the turn signal lens but overall I think they're a bit to "racer" for the look I think you're going for. I'd opt for black or grey personally but obviously those don't really stand out.

Thanks for the comments, guys.
5thTo2nd, I agree that the red lugs make the car look more "racer". Perhaps if I had the Mugen wing spoiler it would be more appropriate, but in my case I'm going for a more classy/luxurious look, and in my wife's words, the red lugs make the car look "cheap".
Darren, I had thought that you got the neo-chrome Project Kics, but now I see in your sig that you got the black chrome. I think either of those colors would have looked good on my wheels. Are those Project Kics lugs almost weightless as well? I'm reluctant to put my standard lugs back on because now I'm addicted to the reduced unsprung weight (might be psychological, but wth ).

I decided against the neo-chrome ones because in the end I think they were just too colorful for my taste. I'm glad I went with the black chrome ones to match the car. Here they are if you don't remember seeing them:
