When I was thinking about going with BBS', I couldn't decide on a colour as well. Best bet is to look at pictures of white cars with the same rims on and check out the colours?

well i think i want this wheel instead:
http://www.aspecwheels.net/index.php...81_1787&page=1

more subtle but it has a +40 offset. would i still stick with the 225/40/19? again wont do such a crazy drop on it

im not familiar with 8.5 width

if you want to get a custom offset, you can find a rim shop that will shave down the hub part of the rim.

you should be alright with that. i would go 225/40/19 just cause a 245/40/19 looks like a 4x4.

now im comparing 225/40/19 vs 245/35/19
245/35 looks to have a "flatter" sidewall compared to the 225/40 which is bigger but makes it look smaller being rounded. so im thinking 245/35/19 would work with a +40 wheel? what you think tjay? lol

i suggest you get some wheel locks, and if the neighborhood is really THAT bad. get different locks or different set of locks for each wheel. its gona be a pain in the ass for you to remove, but hey it'll slow the thieves down. if they really want your wheels, they can get it no matter what. your job is to make it as hard and time comsuming for them as possible and hopefully someone catches them

also invest in a great alarm

and a shot gun.

245/35/19x8.5 +40 should be cool. Tire should sit flush with rim and profile is low enough to clear.

from A Spec Wheels & tires.
PRIVAT AKZENT 19X8.5 5X114.3 ET40 OPAL/MACHINE LIP -$850 shipped

they can include 245/35/19 Federal SS595 Tires additional - $600
includes lug nuts, chrome valve stems, hub rings - free shipping.

i dont know if these tires are any good. does anyone know anything about them? i also would have to bring them to Tire discousnt to install TPMS.
