BACK to the TSX!!!

ok.. i'm picking up my 2010 pwp v6 tech monday evening.

Traded in my beautiful beloved 07 TL navi.

question:

the TSX comes with 18" rims/tires. I equipped my TL with 16" 205/60/16 winter tires and it accomodates them perfectly. Can i put these same rim/tires onto the TSX as well JUST for the winter? any real 'offset' issues?

I think the TSX is +55 while the 16" wheels for my winters are +45.

the curb weight seems to be almost the same as the TL navi.

btw, this is my 4th TSX. see cars below:

Congrats and welcome. Are you located in Metro Vancouver?

The European Accord has 16 x 6.5" rim w/205/60/16 tires on their ES (2.0L 4cylinder model-CU1), so they should work.

Do check the load rating on tires to make sure it can handle the weight.

The TSX V6 (CU4) uses 18 x 8" rims, check for clearance with the 16". Because of the offset and reduced width on the smaller rim, they would appear more tucked in than the stock 18".
