After lowering, my camber is off in the front. But only on passengers side. So I bought a sector adjustable ball joints, but for the life of me cannot press out the old ball joints. Went so far as to take off the upper arm, held one side in a vice and tried pressing it out. No luck.

I'm crazy frustrated.

So I decided to just replace the entire control arm with an adjustable one. Can't find any for the 2nd gen. Only 1st gen.

Does anybodyknow who, if anyone, makes adjustable front upper control arms for our cars?

 

im not sure if they make adjustable control arms for the 2G TSX, but i was barely able to remove mine with a ball joint press that i rented from autozone. it was a PITA and took a ton of patients. i had a friend hold the bar while i kept turning. good luck!

^those are only for the rear and some of them are not for CU2 model i havent seen any company making control arms for front yet

I looked all through eBay and a few other sites from google search and all are for first gen.

Came across a set of OEM arms without the ball joints. May have to go that route.

 

Ah. My bad bro. I re-read your opening post and I think I misunderstood or missed the word "front" in there. Hopefully you got a fix for it. I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of coil overs and the rear camber kit is on the way. I'm just trying to figure out the front now. You said the ball joints wouldn't come out but you have the adjustables, right? Are the adjustable joints enough to correct for the camber? I know the SPC joints only adjust to 1.5 degrees.

 

SPC ball joints are what I have. Camber is only off on passenger side for some reason. It's -.9. Driver side is fine at -.1

I know some people on this forum have changed out theirs, but I have no idea how.

 

I think you need a real hydraulic press from a garage. You could alway go and see if one of the smaller tuner shops will press em out for you. theyd probably do it for $20.
