Very Very low mpg
I have a tsx v6 with a sri and a jpipe long tube
a few weeks ago I hydrolocked (I have a cai set up at the time) I swapped out the oil for full synthetic mobile one as it was the only one I found that was 0w-20(it claims to be for improved mpg). We had to change the oil a few times to get the water out of the engine. Im getting about 3-5mpg less combined per tank since then. Is it the oil? or is it possibly that something is messed up from the hydrolock. I took it to the dealership after the water had dried and they found nothing wrong with it although I don't think they tested the compression ratios.(my warranty was no voided as they found no traces of water even with my mods)

I'll check the compression on it but I remember taking it to the dealer and asking them for a valve adjustment and they told me the car didnt need it and that if there was an issue within the engine that the ecu would be flashing codes. Its been about 1000 miles since the hydrolock and besides mpg she seems to be running alright. And also I had a friend who also hydrolocked and his srt4 and he got the water out of the engine, it has been running the past 30k miles problem free since.

I hydrolocked my Escort motor and a year later my oil pump failed because of the water. I put 25K miles on that motor in that year of driving.
If I was going to have a compression test done in the DFW area, I would go to Cobb Tuning. Find someone like that in your area.

Thats it, the spark plugs were fine and i took her to jiffy lube and they told me the transmission fluid was fine too, just changed the oil twice. Then took her to the dealer since i thought i heard valve tapping but they said thats just how the j series sounds at idle and that everything was fine

I hope everything turns out well for you tho!

Here is a post about some personal experience of mine with Jiffy Lube.
For those of you unfamiliar with Audis, the transmission has no dipstick and a tranny flush requires specialized tools, access to a computer and about 3 hours. The tranny fluid must be at a certain temp range and is impossible to get done at any quick lube joint. Audis also use special coolant and the regular green stuff will turn to a brown sludge in a matter of minutes.
Another coworker (just within the last week) told me that he nearly lost his belly pan on his Civic Hybrid. It turns out the Jiffy Lube place used only 3 clips to put the pan back on.

That worries me a little bit but the jiffy lube I went to is actually run by a personal friend of mine who tunes cars himself. They didnt do much, all they did was change the oil and filter(i didnt want to have to find a place to recycle the oil myself) and they checked the tranny and told me it had too much transmission fluid in so I took it to the dealer and they said it was a little too full but they checked it and said it didnt need to be replaced. I am going to call up evasive motor sports and tony fuchs to get quoted on a valve train check and compression test. Anything else you guys recommend?

Once you've noted that information, drive back the way you normally would and post that info too.
If you don't have a gas station near an off ramp, then just reset the trip odometer once you've entered the freeway and have set your cruise.

Results
outside temp 68 degrees at night
Cruise control run
38.9mpg and 54mph avg
Regular run
33.3mpg and 72mph avg
Bare in mind I have a v6 and also this makes me think that it might be the heat that gave me bad mpg bc we have been in the high 80s in cali the past month

The V6 gets great gas mileage on the highway (as evidenced by your 55mph run) but the city mileage is pretty dismal. Most of us can beat the EPA highway numbers but we'd be hard pressed to match the city numbers.
This doesn't prove that there isn't anything wrong with your car following your attempt to see if the TSX doubles as a submarine, but it resolves your mpg numbers.
Take your car to a trusted indy and have them give it a good once over. Anything you spend there will be far less than the cost of a new engine.
