I searched for this but couldn't find a winner.

A few months ago I left my windows cracked due to the heat and got caught off guard by a rain shower. Water got into the drivers side armrest. It's obviously dry now, but the key fob won't reprogram. The fob LED works though.

Also, the cruise control went out after the same event. It won't stay engaged unless I hold the cruise switch in. This one came up with search results, and it seems like I need to just replace the switch.

Any idea on the first one?
