Sever leather wrinkles and wear on drivers seat....

What are the chances of getting this fixed under warranty? The leather quality in this car is absolute shit, has anybody ever had any luck getting it fixed under warranty.

I have a headache - is it a tumor?

Without photos (or at least a description) of the problem, how are we to provide opinions about "wear and tear?"

I was successful in having the driver's bottom seat foam replaced but not the leather - leather has to be cared for.

Well I am too lazy to take a pic, but about 50% of the left hand driver seat boltser is creased and wrinkled. My dealer said they do not normally fix this under warranty, but they would accomodate me because I am a good customer as I have bought 2 cars through them in the past 2 years, and they know Ill be back for a TLX whenever it comes out.

tlx is supposed to consolidate the tsx and tl models into one model. it also brings the tl name into the new naming scheme.

If you can always use a sun shade no matter what time of year it is. Remember leather is like your skin and needs to be taken care of. Not saying you didn't but take a look at the below link.
http://www.leatherique.com/do_it_you...irections.html

I've used this stuff on the leather of cars I flip on the side and it does wonders.

You can buy it on amazon or on their website above.

If you want to see some review check out the below link.

Good luck!
