Scraping Sound When Driving, Video Included

Hey everyone,

I was driving and I noticed this scraping sound coming from the Passenger Side Rear Wheel. On a really smooth road, I don't hear anything, but the moment there are bumps or event a hint of vibration, the sound starts up again.

I've researched it and I believe it may be either
  1. Brakes worn (but when I look at the pad it looks fine)
  2. Wheel bearings
  3. Dust shield
What are your thoughts? I've included a video below from when I was driving.

Thanks

Its a 2010 TSX. 25K Miles. No Mods, completely stock. I had a tire rotation done about 9 days ago at the dealership. This just started happening about 3 days ago. I don't hear a thing on smooth roads and in Las Vegas there are plenty of smooth roads. The sound usually starts when I am driving on bumpy roads. Also it happens at speeds above ~40-50mph or so and continues until I stop. Then the sound goes away when I start driving again. I don't think its the break wear indicator because wouldn't I hear the break wear indicator at all speeds, and not just high speeds. But then again I could be wrong, someone correct me if I am. I haven't had a chance to pull the wheel off and inspect, I will have time this weekend and I will inspect it then. Thanks for the input, keep em coming

What did you do to fix the rubbing problem?

he had aftermarket wheels, offset and width were different than stock, plus he was lowered. he got spacers. if your stock, that may solve the problem, but wont fix whats wrong
