Our 2005 TSX has the passenger door lock repaired just before the warranty period expired a couple of years ago. Felt lucky that we were able to repair under warranty, but now the same lock is doing the same thing. I read all the other postings about this issue but did not see any that had reported having the problem a second time. Car just turned 50,000 miles and we are planning on a service appointment next week. Any ideas for leverage is getting them to cover repair costs for that door lock?
