Problem already

I recently purchased a 2010 TSX. After a few weeks I noticed when I turned the wheel I could hear a rubbing
sound. Took it to the dealer and was told it needed a new power steering rack but a new repair kit would not be available from the manufacturer until July 17th with delivery
for installation around the 20th. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I was also told that the power steering unit is now electronic. I am not happy that right out of the gate I've got a problem.

Anytime there is a redesign, expect problems and bugs to occur......
you're the guinea pig with a fresh 2010 TSX.

Yes, the re-design came in 2009. 2010 is the 2nd year, and Acura already made some changes on the 2010 models to fix problems.
