LED Dome lights installation?

LED Dome lights installation?
can anyone help me out on installing LED dome lights?
I tried to install the LED dome lights and some how I blow the fuse.. so interior dome lights wasn't working at all..
so I took it to the dealer and fixed it..
I heard there is (+) and (-) on the LED bulbs and I switched the (+) and (-).. how do I know which way is the (+) and (-)?
I'm trying to install it again, however, I wanna be careful this time..
if I take it to the dealer again, they might charge me next time..
so please help me!

lol how did you end up solving the problem?
honestly, i didnt know anything. i just pull the oem one out and stuck the led one in hoping its the right way...somehow i didnt blow any fuse with ALL interior lights changed to LED. must be my luck haha

I assumed their electric circuit might be the same..
fortunately, I didn't blow the fuse again.. haha
