Exclamation Grille help please!!

I'm wanting to replace my upper chrome grille molding and figured I might as well replace the bottom at the same time on my 2010 TSX. I read the threads posted with the instructions. Is removing the bumper required? Also, is this a hard thing to do with myself and a friend, and what all parts and pieces would I need to purchase other than the grille mouldings? I'm trying to do this next weekend and need to know what all I need to order ASAP.

I would appreciate any and all help as I do not have an extensive amount of experience with car work.

Yes, you need to remove the bumper to remove the grille. I'm not sure exactly how the 09-10 grille is attached but 11+ has like 4 or so snaps to undo + 2 screws(if I remember correctly). If this is your first time removing the bumper I would probably get a friend to help. Put a few towels under the front to lay the bumper on.

Not sure about part numbers.

the first question IS what are you going to replace the pieces with?

just 'removing' them will look like shit/

i think the FIRST thing you need to do is get the replacement parts.

Thank you for your responses and sorry for my delayed reply, I got the the part numbers I need. ROBPP I was going to replace it with oem parts. I want to replace the upper chrome moulding because it has bubbles and chips from rocks. I was hoping to save on labor costs but i was unsure of the difficulty as well as if i needed misc pieces like clips or seals or anything.

the grill bubbling is a TSB, aka a known problem. i assume your out of warranty, see if the dealer will goodwill it for you, or atleast comp labor and some of the part price
