Finally after 2 years!

After two years of battling vibration issues, the vibration is finally gone!

When I first got a diagnostic report from Acura of Seattle, they claimed it was my transmission and my axles are beginning to wear. 2200 for axles alone for parts and labor? does that seem crazy?!

I ended up going to another reputable shop and got the axles replaced which somewhat lessened the vibration for about 6 months.

Moved to California and found Acura of Glendale just down the street from my work place. The vibration now has been really bad and I couldn't take it and was willing to pay whatever it took to be taken away. The vibration occurred around 25 mph and again from 50+.

They gave me a wicked deal and even called me a few times to compliment the car. The best part! it was less than half of what I was originally quoted for.

Finally riding quietly (besides the exhaust noise).

Glad the problem was fixed. How many miles do you have on your Acura? Was the tranny the cause of your vibration? Did they replace the tranny or rebuilt your tranny?

Sorry guys. It was both of the axles. They checked the intermediate shaft which they stated is good. No transmission issue besides the 3rd gear being kinda sticky. I currently have about 87k on the car. He told me the cause might be because of the car being lowered and the S/C. The second owner of the car didn't tell me about the axle issue until I went to the dealership.

I have been to a couple of dealerships before but this dealership was nice. Even washed the car in the rain. LOL

It was good to go to the dealership. I was just afraid to hear another 2,000 quote again.

I replaced my axles at 120K.. so I had about 23K miles with the supercharger before I started to feel vibration. Wondering if the tq increase is the root cause. I guess Ill find out if around ~150k miles I start to feel the same thing.

I think the original owner did some hard driving on the car but other than that. it feels better than when I first originally purchased it. I rarely hit the supercharger though... lies.. lol
