Have you actually called a mobile dent repair place to ask for a quote?

Should be between $50-$75 for that dent.

Here in Vancouver, there's a company specialized in dent removal. $79 for dime size, $99 for quarter size so on and so forth.

$480????? Did you go to a body shop? If so...then maybe. LOL.

I took my TL-S to my dealer for an oil change and I had them remove 2 small dents on my car. They charged me around $150 to do it. I'm sure they hired a mobile dent repair dude to do it and charged me a mark-up.

Where do you want me to go? I went to the 3rd guy (acura dealer) that told me that they can do it for $70 and $600 lol but for $70 it is just a touch up and dent is gonna stay. For $600 they do it all. So I'd rather go with $478

It's your money dude but have you tried calling a mobile dent repair place?

Granted if the dent requires a paint over then the mobile dent repair dude may not be able to do that...but he should be able to get the dent removed...and should be for a lot less than $480.

It requires painting because there is 3 little holes in that dent you can see no paint at all pictures don't show that I got cheep camera. I was hopping to buy new one but now I have to wait.

see this pic it's not perfect but you can see holes I tried to do touch up by my self but it looks worse

I had a bb sized dent in my hood like someone actually shot a bb at it and
when I went to a body shop they quoted me about 480 as well. I went to
a guy that does mobile pdr and he charged me 50 bucks to take out the
dent but I had to touch it up myself. I just used touch up paint and wet
sanded and buffed it down so that it would be smooth.

Yea I tried to touch it up myself as well but PWP (white pearl) is very difficult to do that. Now it just looks worse when I did it. I have appointment on Monday. I know that they have to sand a half of doors and put 3 cots. I am just scared that it won't be the same even if body shop has a good opinion. Did someone of you guys did this before and everything looked as good as they say it will?? I am just wondering if this is worth it and I'am not talking about the money but my rear doors I know that sounds stupid :P
