Car Pulling Left
Car Pulling Left
I noticed recently that my car pulls to the left very slightly. Not sure if this is because of the 245's I put on which are following the road a lot more or problem with the car. I noticed on the forum that there was a bulletin message about the TSX pulling left/right. Anyone have any input on this?
James, there could be a number of reasons.
-Wider tires tends to track the groove of the road surface more, does this happen all the time or a particular section of road.
-Are your alignment OK?
-Tire pressure (left and right side the same)
-Tire manufacturing variance- one member with General Exclaim UHP tires that came from 2 different factories. The tires made in France are almost .25" taller than the 2 tires made in the Cezch Republic.
-Tire defective resulting in tire pull (that should be apparent immediately after you install the tires).
- If you have the stock tires/wheel, switch them back on (if it drive straight you can eliminate alignment issue).

i noticed that too and i have 245/40/18 however I did not experience that issue when i had my stock ones. either its my new tire size or alignment but highly doubt its the alignment. I agree with 09TSXTech for me it happens when i am at an intersection making a left turn and if i am not holding the steering firmly it turns left
when i'm going straight and let go of the wheel, the car slowly leans to the left. I understand if its following the grooves of the road but it NEVER pulls to the right. tire pressure is all good. 35PSI. will have to wait until I put the stock ones back on to find out. can't bring it to the dealer with rims on b/c they will just blame it on that.
