This brake noise is unbearable.

Backstory:
At 1,000 miles, the rear right brake started to squeal like a bus every once in a while.
Over the next 4,000 miles, I took it to the dealership at least 3 times to have them diagnose it, but they were unable to replicate.
Although they couldn't diagnose and fix, the service manager offered to inspect, clean, and lube all brakes. This actually helped reduce the noise tremendously, but didn't last long.
I took it back, and I had them switch the back rotors to see if we could isolate the problem. The noise still occured at the right rear brake.
The past 1,000 miles, it has been the worse it's ever been. Literally 9 out of 10 brake applications = horrible noise.
Regardless of speed, weather, road, brake temperature, etc... the rear right brake squeals.
Besides taking it in again to have them hopefully hear it, diagnose it, and repair it... is there anything I can do?
Should I call Acura Corporate and ask them for help?
In an otherwise perfect car, this is honestly ruining my experience every time I drive this vehicle. Why can't a ($30K) car just be quiet?
PS: My service dealership (Acura of Valley Stream) has been EXTREMELY gracious and helpful, and they are just as frustrated as me when they are unable to replicate the noise. Their Service Manager, Norman, gets nothing but praise from me.

if you can write down what makes it happen for the tech to read-
or take the head tech on a ride with you driving
Sometimes if you brake very gently it will cause a ridge to build up and a glaze to form on the pads and rotors making a squeel
stop and go traffic does that too
How do you drive and brake it?
This is probably what they did when cleaned and lubed- made sure all the sliders were greased and went out for a hot braking session to deglaze the pads
fixed it for a while,..
Corp wont know anything more than the dealer- as long as dealer is working on it for free, corp doesnt offer any help
Ask the Service MANAGER if you can take the tech for a ride
Ask them if their regional warranty rep has heard of similar problem or if there is a TSB tech bulletin from acura for the techs- addressing the issue??
Doesnt matter what you pay for a car- they are just parts assembled in a hurried manner--and not the best parts, the ones they got the best pricing on
How is the pad wear? if its a sticky caliper it will be wearing one pad out faster

Dark Knight,
I have been having the exact same problem with my brakes. Yesterday afternoon I purchased (at Autozone) a product made by CRC called "De-Squeek" brake conditioning treatment. It is a spray that you apply to both sides of the brake disc, not the pads. My brakes have been very quiet since I treated them. I hope that it lasts. You might want to give it a try. . .
