2010 TSX TPMS Error
2010 TSX TPMS Error
Hi everyone I'm really hoping someone could help me especially since I'm new to forums and have no idea how these work. I took delivery of a TSX two months ago and my TPMS light has been coming on ever since. When I go to check the pressure using my steering wheel it says system error. The 1st I took it in they assured me the tires needed air removed. The 2nd time they told me it was due to cold weather. The 3rd time they told me they had to reset the computer, and the 4th time they told me the sensor was wet and had to be replaced. My car is now in the shop for the 5th time all within 2 months. At this point I'm not very confident that the dealership is going to be able to resolve this. Does anyone have any advice?
That's pretty annoying. Cold weather can trigger TPMS error code, is it really cold in NJ?
Mine came on a few times in the past two months, but usually disappear after driving a few more miles. I also found out that by turning the wheel sharp left or right ( ie make a 90 degree turn slowly) can somehow reset the sensor.
If problem persist, you may want to go to another Acura dealer.
