I prefer the revised LCD screen in the 2010 TSX, that's a better fix than that mickey "mousepad" in the service bulletin. The only bad part with the 2010 screen is that the graphics looks a bit washed out in the 2010 TSX.

Just had it done today at the dealer, no charge. Front brakes were replaced. Didn't say whether the front rotor were turned on the work order, I'll take a look at the rotors later. There was no mileage added on my car, so they didn't even bother to test the car before or after the brake pad replacement.

Just got work done at the dealer for the everything listed above except for the brakes. I emailed them to find out about the speakers becuase after joining this forum, i checked and my speakers in the rear doors aren't working.

^Welcome fellow Canuck to the forum.
Is your car Base/Premium or Tech model. Base/Premium comes with 7 speakers (no rear door speakers), the Tech model has ELS sound and 10 speakers (2 rear doors speakers).

I received some really odd answers from my Acura dealership. The first time they told me the break squeal was normal and that their service techs never heard it. I noticed that the sound is harder to hear with the windows up. With the windows cracked, those squeals are way loud, but not always audible if the windows are closed.
Today, I found all the nifty bulletins provided in this thread, so I promptly called the dealer to schedule service. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me the only bulletin they have for my car that needs to be done is the valet key lock replacement. I give her the other two bulletins for the anti glare pad for the display and the brake cover. She tells me those aren't fixes that are required. I tell her that I've had a problem with both of them (brakes being my biggest pet peeve while driving a car that costs as much as this). So now they are going to have me ride in the car with a tech to prove it. Have to love it.

Update after service work
Good news:
The brake service bulletin fixed the front brake squeal. Now the car is quiet again when slowing down in traffic. Big relief after having to endure that noise for the better park of a year.
Anti-Glare bulletin was just a cloth pad they placed on the black part of the dash at the front bottom of the display. It looks like a cloth mousepad, but it keeps the glare for the dash from shining onto the front of the screen display.
I'm a happy camper for the time being.
I just hope they come up with something for the premature rear brake wear, so I don't have to shell out money every 12,000 to 14,000 miles to have the rear pads replaced. I already had to dig into my pocket
to have that done once on this car.

A new comprehensive list
I got this list from a pay website amazingly most of our complaints are covered even though my dealership keeps telling me they are all normal...ie brake squeek, ping, clicks in suspension, the handsfree locking up
When I was there earlier today they told me they never heard of the ping TSB so I brought in a copy they then stated there were no other TSBs currently for the car so I went looking here is what I found...Yes they will catch all kinds of anger tomorrow....

My Acuralink worked for about a month when I got the car now it can't connect to the server...I had the same phone the setup then I changed to upgrade to the newer iphone and still nothing. I will have them look at all of these.
Unfortunately alldata where i got the list...you can't sign up for the full description for the 2009 tsx until may 2010 so I don't know what all each one includes.

Also about the 2010 some of these include 2010 models like the engine ping I know for certain includes some 2010 models. They were only written in 2009 so the newer ones will include some 2010. The dealership will tell you they don't exist.

Has anyone had the issue where you push the unlock on keyfob twice fast and the drivers door gets stuck where the doorhandle won't work. I have heard it happen to a few people. I changed the settings to unlock all doors with one push and that "fixes" it until acura does but I was curious.
It sucks making the windows roll down to open from the inside but its better than crawling from the passenger side...

Principle..thanks for all the TSB numbers. Your the best. Few days back I called one of the Acura dealers in my area and they say there are no TSB clearly I knew he was lieing or he doesn't know how to get to the right screen where all the TSBs are shown. Since then I highly doubt these Service Advisors have any clue about cars...but thanks again I have to take my car again the TSB 09-041 did not really fix my pinging I still hear a very slight ping..

BREAK NOISE UPDATE
Complete replacement of front break pad update is out for the squeeling. There is no charge for this - There was no S/B number on the service invoice but the Part Number is 45022-TEO-999 and it is being called a Break Pad Update.

Sorry for excessive icon usage but having been told so many times its normal then coming from there with the "thats the only tsb for your car" answer really gets me hot...

my 09 tsx (6 spd) is in for the brake issue right now. The shop foreman tried telling me that the bulletin is for the auto's only..........I just stared at him at that point because I didnt know how to respond to such a statement.
then he told me that the brake wear, which they notice is only on the rear brakes, is not because something is wrong with the car but because the car is heavier than the past models and smoother. Which means that drivers aren't aware how fast they're driving and have to hit the brakes harder, to slow/stop.

The brakes are the same on both the manual and auto models. I'm pretty sure the premature wear is from poor pad selection/rear brake bias, not because people brake harder.
I believe they increased the rear rotor size on the '09 model change, compared to the '04-'08 models to help handle the added size of the car.
