I have searched high and low on this board and can't find the help I need. If it's been posted before, could you please link?

I ordered and have a new upper/lower housing assembly for the passenger side mirror and a new turn signal lens. Both are cracked and need replaced. Nothing else is broken.

I'm looking for step by step instructions to do this...can you help? Thanks in advance!

 

Can I ask what happened to your mirror?

I found a schematic on myacura.com wherever I ordered the part it's somewhere on that site.

 

I was backing out of my garage and caught the edge of it. Instead of folding away, it got pinched and cracked the lens and upper/lower shell. The mirror itself and all mechanics inside are fine.

hehe same thing happened to mine. my wife backed out and scratched up the black plastic and the painted part, but the turn lens and mirror are fine. sadly i just learned to live with it.
