*VIDEO*2010 TSX v6 Spindle hitting strut bracket
Does anyone have this problem or can explain to me why this is happening? It's only happening on the right front. At full lock the left side does not even come anywhere close to hitting. Also the left side seems like the spindle is higher.
The car is on stock suspension and the wheels are straight so I don't believe it to be an alignment issue.
Also the saw sound from the rack seems to be louder than normal and I also hear clunking when moving the wheel side to side (not lock) at a rest (vehicle not moving). I also feel like when the car is downshifting gears the motor is rocking back and forth like a motor mount is damaged but I don't see any signs of leaks.
Is this a result of a bad steering rack? bad mount? kinda want to have an idea before I waste a day at the dealer.
