Wagon grill replacement

Did this grill replacement last Friday and put some 18 in OEM wheels on. Too much bling in the front for my taste. This weekend I'll be hopefully doing the roof rails black and de-bling it some more. I'll post them when I get it done.

Looking great. You should "de-bling" the wheels too!

Soon enough... I got these cheap locally and anything was better than the 17-inch OEM's.

Looks good. Have you considered doing the rest of the shiny trim pieces? I just plasti-dipped my grill, window trim and fog light surrounds a few weeks ago.

Yes I've been so focused for the interior side of this vehicle (stereo system) and now that I have what I want I can get to the outer cosmetics that I've been putting off. Eventually I will be painting the fog lights the same color as car and hopefully removing the roof rails soon just need to find the moulding to fill the gap in roof. I'm not ruling out black vinyl wrapping it or plastidip but I want to get them off if I can... Your car looks great btw.

Good stuff. Look forward to seeing how it all turns out. There are a couple of good write ups for roof rack removal if you haven’t found them yet. Unfortunately, I use my rack quite a bit, so it’s a keeper for me. Good luck and thanks ✊🏽

I just need the part number for the replacement molding strip once it's removed... any help with that?

Yeah, there’s a couple of threads in regards to the rack removal and how they replaced the weather stripping. Unfortunately, I have no idea what the part number would be. You can try reaching out to jobata23. He has a build thread and you could just PM him from there.
