Hey defonskylude, don't pay too much attention on what Life Dies wrote, he doesn't even own a TSX and was temporary banned from the site by the Mod.

Dropped the hood vent idea, I see...
I like the vents. Overlay on the turn signal looks sharp, but not feeling it on the reverse light...and it's definitely illegal. The towhook looks foolish. Digging the CF roof spoiler, clean mod. I don't like the window visors...it interrupts the chrome line which definitely adds a sophisticated feel to the CU2. I don't like different wheels on either side, and I think if you were to go with the same set all around, you should use the 5 spokers...they look sharper and flow with the lines of the car. However, if you go with the meshers all around, you should definitely go a size up...they look completely dwarfed by the TSX's buff appearance. Snag some spacers, too...pull those suckers out a little bit. They look tiny.
anywho, to each his own. I like most things you've done...you're breaking the mold for the CU2 crowd. Power to you!

The install is nice and clean!
I could probably imagine acura giving the tsx rectangular exhaust in the MMC as the rest of the line now has it...
It might not though b/c the tsx is a global car (euro accord)

I think exhaust is a big problem in this car. its 80mm, should be about 90-100 to fit/look well. You exhaust mod is perfect and very brave, I like it very much. Red tail lights mod is nice and now Im sure i will also go for it. Be careful with led lights and custom fog lamps... its only one small step to completly disaster

I got the foglights installed. It's my first time working with fiberglass and clay. I'm creating a bezel housing around the fog lights and plan to paint it chrome or brush aluminum to match my LS tips.
Waiting for the fiberglass/resin to dry so I can sand it down tomorrow and hopefully get it painted if time permits.
Also painted the chrome window trims with flat black

Painted chrome window trims looks great, Im going to do same, but including door handles. Custom foglights project is very interesting and I cant wait to see results. Good luck!

i just used tape and plastic to cover the windows and car. just used flat black paint. i didnt use primer and i didnt have to do any sanding.
originally i wanted to use black vinyl but they were charging $225 for the labor. i decided to just do it myself for $5 spray can and an hour of my time.
it looks a lot better in person.

Here's how the fogs will look like. I still need to make some fitment adjustments, add rubber weatherstrips, black tint, and install the chrome/silver bezel to cover the gaps on the ends.
It's going to rain this whole week out here in CA so I will do the body filler and sanding this weekend.
Originally I wanted to swap the DRL wires with the fog wires. I did a trial run but I still need to figure out how to attach the fog bulbs/wires. So the DRL wires will actually be positioned in the foglight area where I can also use the highbeams, while the fog wires will be positioned in the headlight area. This way I can have all 3 lights (parking light, projector light, and foglight on. Hope this makes sense
May take 1-2 weeks before this small project is finished.
Here's the progress.

not my cup of tea. but it came out really nice. those are some pretty big fogs. sorta reminds me of the WRX rally fogs. are you going to do HIDs for the fogs? how hard was it to use fiberglass?

if i can relocate the DRL wires to the foglight area, then i wont need HID's since i can use the highbeams instead
it got messy using fiberglass. the hardest part was actually using the molding clay to form the bezel.

defconskylude, just ignore Life Dies, he just wants to provoke a reaction, no need to waste time on his opinion.
Regarding the fog lights, they do look a bit big (two piece). May be try to run a fibreglass piece between the two lights (top/bottom). Nevermind, just saw your response about tinting. Great work nonetheless, please post final result when done.
