First shots of my wagon with the new wheels.
I had a deal originally on a set of SE wheels but the seller backed out . Accordingly - since I couldn't run my winters- I had to buy a set of new wheels quickly, so I found a new set of 17" a-specs. I'm not sure that I like the "hyper silver" on the Bellanova wagon and I'm thinking of swapping these for a set of 18" V6 wheels.

Better photos will follow as the weather improves and I use a real camera.

I like the shape of the a-specs more than the V6 wheels. The spokes don't "flare" out where they join the outer circumference of the wheel, if you know what I mean.
The 17s look fine from the distance and size of the photos. Any chance there can be some bigger ones?

I really don't want to void my color warranty.
Anybody want to buy the set? They are in pristine condition with sensors and stock tires - all with less than a thousand miles on them.
my thoughts exactly. I had the same hyper silver on my gray R32 and it looked great, but here they just look dirty. They are very good looking wheels and would look great on virtually any color other than white. They might even add a bit of contrast to silver moon.

if you don't want to be perma banned i suggest you never mention the word "buy" again in these parts. if you want to make a sale you do it by the books in the black market(lmfao doesn't that sound totally wrong? friggin acurazine hahahaha). and you need to post a pic of each wheel so any defects can be seen!
New pictures coming once the weather improves and I can get two solid days to prep my car for opti-coat'ing my car.
I like the A spec look but really prefer less sidewall, so I'll go with 18" V6 in this case. Maybe the RDX 19" wheel is too big for you, but I think they looked really good on mine. I'll agree with the others above that I'd take 18" A-Spec > 18" V6 > 17" A-Spec. I don't have a problem with the hyper silver at all.

You have some nerve saying I backed out the deal. You sir need to really look at your yourself in mirror and say that with a straight face as you lie through your teeth. I am so sick of your holier than thou attitude on this forum. I would never ever EVER deal with you.
It obviously does as I never mentioned any names. I'm not interested in starting an online "discussion" with you over this as both of us knew that we had a deal and you decided you wanted to keep them. I was the bigger person and put it behind me - too bad you didn't just gracefully keep quiet and nobody would have been the wiser.

I suspect that I'll go with the 18" V6 wheels as I'm not enthralled with the hyper silver wheels on the white wagon.

If I were you then I'd just drop it. You've blown your credibility.
Me too - thanks. The delivery people dropped them off on the front porch and since I was away, my wife just dragged them in the house. I'm sure they are in great shape.

The sidewall on a 19 is way too skinny for Northeast roads. We'd be buying new tires and wheels weekly.
I'm ordering Continental DWS tomorrow unless someone has a better suggestion. Tires are extremely important and I don't want to save on them. I'll be changing them out for winters in November so I don't really care about snow traction - but would like some snow capability should I be caught in a freak storm driving through Colorado next month.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Continental DWS so far. I haven't had them on long, but I definitely am noticing a greater difference than I expected over some other cheaper but performance tires.
At stock height, the 19's are too big. Granted, mine didn't have quite the right size tire making the sidewall ever so slightly less. For stock suspension, I think you are definitely on the right track with 18", but I does like me the A-spec spoke shape. They might also be cheaper than V6 wheels. MY THREAD has pics of 19" RDX wheels stock and lowered if you haven't happened to see that. Maybe it's time for some photoshop action on yours.

I remember seeing your wagon and liked the looks of the RDX wheels. You were actually the impetus for getting the RSX wheels and I was happy to re-use the stock tires that had all of 127 miles on them. I still like the shape of the wheel, but I'm not enthralled with the color combo. I think the hyper silver would look great on virtually any color car but white.
just an FYI - not sure on where you plan on buying your tires from, but discount tire direct is giving away 100 visa cards if you purchase 4 tires, shipping is free.

One thing I did note is that Discount has much slower shipping. TR always advertised 2-3 days but I've always gotten tires (even mounted on wheels) in a day. Discount advertises 5-7 days after shipment confirmation - we'll see how long it takes to get to me.
Thanks for the heads up - that'll almost pay for mounting and balancing.
Discount Tire took over a week to ship so I didn't get my new wheels installed until yesterday. After the $100 rebate (thanks for the heads up Live2hit01) and the included shipping, the tires were about $150 less than tirerack.
The local Acura dealer mounted/balanced/installed them for $80 during my first service on Saturday. They had no issues using my (new) eBay sensors and my V6 wheels. They over-filled the tires a bit at 42 psi but a bit over isn't terrible - all 4 were at least the same pressure - much better than the BMW dealer who gave me my new car with 2 tires at 60psi and the other two (both on the driver's side) at 20 and 15.
So, here are some pics - and comps to the 17 a-specs.
I must say that the a-specs were starting to grow on me but I still like the V6 wheels better on the Bellanova. We put the a-specs next to a graphite TSX and it looked absolutely stunning.

Much improved look there. Do you know what trim levels these wheels come on on the Accord Tourer? These are the wheels ours SHOULD have come with. I'd love to see it with some spacers to fill them out a bit.
Looks OEM sweet, good job! I may do the same to mine.
