Buffers are nice

My wife bought me this porter cable buffer for my birthday. Tested it out on this terribly annoying clear coat scratch above my drivers side wheel well. Id see that guy every day and it would make me mad every time. I tried buffing it out by hand but that had zero effect.

Its gone now and Im really happy. Need to go over the rest of the car now!

What polishing compound did you use?

Very nice. I want to get a buffer. The light swirls on my car kind of bother me since it's so new.

Looks great. I want to know what polish or whatever you used. I need to do a couple areas on my car that have some clear coat scratches.

These 2 came with the buffer. I used the green stuff to get the scratch out and the blue stuff after.

careful...it gets addicting...and you'll become really anal about your paint. i have not been the same car owner since using a PC.

I have been wanting to purchase one, but have been waiting for the perfect deal to finally pull the trigger. Hopefully on Black Friday/Cyber Monday something will show up. Looks good!
