I made a DIY for the lip spoiler, but with the weight of the wing/wiring the third brake light on the wing I would say drilling is your only option.

No, holes are not in same spot as deck lid spoiler.

Holes are definitely not in the same same spot between the two spoilers. If you already have a dealership installed deck lid spoiler, you will have holes in the trunk and they will not work for the wing spoiler. If you are to swap spoilers, you will either need to have these holes fixed from a body shop and repainted or swap the whole trunk assembly with the spoiler on it. And yes, you will need to drill holes for the wing spoiler, although there is a template provide with the spoiler, assuming it is a new one in the box still.

I'm thinking of putting a spoiler on my 2010 TSX - not sure if i'm going to do rear lip or wing. Does the Wing need heavier springs for the trunk lid or can it go on with the stock springs?

Has anyone installed a Wing spoiler? Is it a PITA? or just drill 2 holes, put silicone on, bold it on and hook up the light.

instructions are in the quote posted above.

i believe both require a stronger spring, but its mandatory with the wing while recommended for the lid. i don't think the trunk would even really open with stock spring + wing

For the wing you need both springs. For the lip you have to change only the right spring! there is a Acura Installation Service for the lip

Sorry to hijack this thread but does anyone know if the decklid spoiler adds any down force at all? haha my back end gets a bit shaky over 120. I'm pretty sure the wing adds some down force but I like the look of the decklid one more.

I doubt the factory spoiler adds downforce, you would need a wind tunnel to confirm this though. Also why are you going 120mph? I upgraded the suspension on my TL and that helped the most with shakiness. New suspension on the TSX is in order soon....

Thanks for the pdf on spoiler install LC2ner, I was looking at removing my spoiler to polish the trunk.
