you don't have to tune the engine. he just put a tape there to prevent rattle.

 

yeah the CF top doesnt lay flat. so i also bought some foam tape at ace for 2 bux. put a few strips on the inside where the top meets the base. NO MORE RATTLE.

and no tune needed/

 

There is a bolt VERY close to the back of my newly installed icebox and after close inspection today has been rubbing!!! Anyone else have this problem?? Maybe I need to tighten it up a bit more???

 

Yeah mine does not rub back there.

 

How much are you guys paying for your ice box intake?

Easiest fix, if reinstalling doesn't help, is to find a shorter bolt to replace that one.

They are not selling or making them anymore. I have reached out thru authorized dealers to try and find one with no luck. Hopefully with enough interest, enough people asking about them, they might be persuaded to make another run of them. My fingers are crossed

 

Hope we could get other brands too like many civic guys can get...i doubt they will make then anymore tho
