Actually... every time I try to update it says the file is corrupt. And Hondata website only allows "full production" download and no "beta version" download.

I dont wish to ask a noob question but I have a 2010 Acura TSX. I have an Takeda CAI, and RV6 downpipe on the way. Regardless is there a stock tune which increases HP like the Ecutek system does?

Thanks

if you're 6MT, you should try optimus's map. He was on a Takeda CAI and RV6 PCD as well. If you're 5AT, Dime Feng's maps are your best bet. I'm pretty sure you'll run into issues trying to run a 5AT map on a 6MT, and vice versa (this has been discussed before). The FlashPro itself is tranny-independent. But we believe the maps themselves aren't.

The maps are supposed to be interchangeable for whatever reason Dime Feng's isnt.
Optimus has a 6MT and his map ran fine on my car.

Can we migrate this conversation to the other thread so we can collectively keep all the information together?

The map I ran I ran for years with no problems.

For the turbo setup... you tend to maybe run into problems.

But for the N/A, I did no porting, or anything else. Factory castings and all.

About to order mine from Vit. Noob when it comes to tuning, so figure that would be the least complicated route to go.
Curious if anyone has an idea of what type of improvements I could expect.

I'm guessing a more seemless VTEC engagement point is the biggest change if you're mostly stock? Less throttle lag? Otherwise, I'd expect a tiny bit of power gains.

off topic:
AC, noticed your in-car video in the RV6 PCD thread. Did you ever fix your rasp? CEL ever come on?

Never got a CEL. Shortly after I installed new mufflers which killed about 75% of the rasp. Then installed a vibrant resonator after the stock resonator and that killed the remaining rasp.
