Update
I got an email back from Ken about this. My car fits the requirement and now we are going to hammer out the details. I do have to find out how the intake is different than the previous one though.

Yup. The ECU just cleared Russian customs today so it's one step closer to Chivik. For the intake I'm dropping my car off on Friday the 13th. By sometime in February I should have two parts on my car that nobody else has. I'm pretty excited.

Just asking...how does typically this work? Do they give you a loaner, free parts, or are you just donating your car for the hell of it? Do they get your consent if they have to cut or alter something irreparably?
