v4.91 coming out end of this month
"The New 2011 DVD Map Update will be available by the end of September. You may want to consider placing your order then so you will have the most up-to-date map for your vehicle.
Your Acura navigation system provides more than just directions to your destination. In the past year, the navigation system map has been updated to include new roads and subdivisions and hundreds of new and updated points of interest including hotels, restaurants and gas stations. This product also features improved traffic message coverage, for vehicles with traffic service. The map coverage area includes the 48 Contiguous United States, Hawaii and the border region of Canada. More detailed information on map coverage and on recent updates made to the map is available by clicking the Map Coverage tab above."

Unless it got better graphics I wont be upgrading. If you do alot of road trips the point of interest, hotels, gas stations etc are worth it. If you stay local within your region then its not worth the upgrade.

You can go 4 or 5 years and not see anything in your area change at all, maybe if you live in an area that is developing but in older areas of the country like New York you can get a new disk every 5 years.

Like others mentioned above, I will wait a few more years before upgrading.
Here in Canada, we have to pay C$249 or US$240 and get two disk (One for Canada and the other for 48 Contiguous United States). And to add insult to injury, NAVTEQ is in the US, so those two disks cost C$10.95 to ship to an US address, but C$32.50 to a Canadian address.
