How do I find out what version/year map is pre-loaded? I purchased my TSX last month but wanted to see what version it is.

pop out the DVD and look

 

Well there is no DVD in the drive as the data gets stored in the hard drive but car did not come with any DVDs.

 

You need to dig through the convoluted menus. Somewhere buried deep within the settings, I recall seeing the version of the maps. Typically in desktop applications, it would be an "About" menu item. Look for something similar. I'm not near my car right now so I can't check for you, but if you still can't find it I can try and look later if I remember.

 

If you get a chance if you can tell me where because I been looking all over the menu etc and no luck.

Thanks I'm guessing it's original map I notice yours different what year is your map update? When you insert the DVD and once it copies to the hard drive you can't use the DVD again?

 

I don't know how it works to be honest. I have a 2013 and never updated the maps before. What year is yours?

 

2011
