I have a new 2010 Acura TSX without Nav Package and want to know if I can import my contacts or is there a way to send via BT from iPhoone to HFL?

I do not think you can import the contacts from Iphone, I tried EVERYTHING..
I had to save every number that i wanted one by one, Like phone book ..save...name..555-555-5555 and it took my forever getting the numbers right on alot of them...
If u find a way to do it let me know but in 99% sure u can not import your phone book from Iphone!

Okay without the tech package you got to manually transfer the phone book. With the tech (with navi) you can hit 'info' button, then cell phone or something on the right side and import.
The HFL is a standalone system and not linked to the Navi on the Tech. SO if you dont have the tech you cant import the phone book in from the Iphone. With the tech you can view the phone book that is imported and call from it, and you can transfer individual numbers from the Navi system to the HFL system.
Hope that helps

yes I do not have the tech package so I had to manually store all the people I call most into my car system. It was a PITA but got it done.. Sux cuz my fiancee just had her phone number changed and now I gotta go in and delete her contact and put it in again!
Also is there anyway to see what contacts you have stored into the car on a non tech TSX.. I stored a few people but can not remember who!

Hi there, I have tried doing this ten time tonight, and failed every time. I have a 2009 tax w/ tech package and an iPhone 4. The screen says Loading contacts, and I've waited 15 minutes with no change. I've tried the suggestion on previous forums that suggest going to the bluetooth settings of the iPhone and reselecting handsfreelink, but it doesn't do anything. I even tried importing the contacts from my old iPhone 1, same result. I don't know what I could be doing wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
