We bought a 2012 tsx w/o nav back in June. My wife complaints that her iPhone connected via Bluetooth constantly disconnects/becomes "unpaired". It happens once every couple of weeks. It's pretty annoying and I wonder whether this is a common issue.

 

There is a TSB out on this. The module needs to be replaced. Go to the dealer.

Mine does this once in a while as well.

 

Bringing my own thread back to life.. So, as expected, it's not the phone, it's definitely in the car. My wife switched to an Iphone 5.. same problem continues, pairs fine, then disconnects after 2-3 weeks.

I mentioned this to my dealer last time when I had an oil change done. They acted like I am an idiot, "what kind of phone you have..it pairs fine". What makes it hard to troubleshoot is of course the fact that it actually works for days/weeks before it disconnects.

Anyone had this resolved? Out of ideas at this point. Thinking of calling/writing to Acura Corporate.

I got an iPhone5 in December and I've been "unpaired" twice since then. Both times I powered the phone off and back on and it reconnected with no issue.

I have the Same issue and the dealer said they haven't heard of any issue like this now I will show this to them and my car falls in the vin status thanks for the info
