Is there a way to disconnect the front two tweeters?
My tweeters sound really raspy, even with the bass and treble reduced. The Tweeters are too loud compared to the rest of the system. defeating the treble doesn't help because it starts to kill the mids in the other speakers. So I am wondering if anyone has been attenuating the Tweeters (via in-line resistors), or just replacing the tweeters?

you can disconnect them if you want.. pull of the panel and there is a connector right there. It's gonna sound terrible though obviously.
