Had new battery installed, cannot find serial number for stereo or code to reset?

 

You've made a statement but then just stuck a question mark at the back of it.

It sounds like you're *asking* how to find the serial number and/or unlock code.

I *searched* this forum for "radio code" and the first link has reference to this recovery site: https://radio-navicode.acura.com

Often, unlock code is on a sticker affixed inside the glove box, or in the owners manual. Have you checked there?
