2009 Tsx w/tech, iPhone 4s/iOs 6 Phonebook Issue

Need some help if possible...

I have a 2009 Tsx with tech package. My iPhone 4s was previously paired and the phonebook imported without issue. Since I upgraded my iPhone to iOs6, I haven't been able to import my phonebook. Just today, I went to try again and noticed that the "Cellular Phonebook" option isn't even available to me, and is greyed out.

Any ideas about this? My bluetooth is working just fine and the phone is always paired. But I want access to my phonebook via the car, if it's at all possible.

Sorry if this has been posted already, I did a quick run through and didn't see a thread about it.

Thanks for any help you can give.

importing phonebook on i phone '09 TSX

I already posted similar response on different thread you probably did not see. Once I updated the 4s I could no longer import a new phonebook and import phonebook was grayed out as you said. We unpaired the phone and then repaired it - we were able to start import but it always stops in the middle. It appears to be a security permission issue with the i phone update. We tried everything and nothing worked EXCEPT to do a weird workaround. My husband was able to import all of my contacts to my old Palm Pre and then do the phonebook import from there. You could try that with any older phone that you still have around.
