Just thought I'd share this in case someone is encountering the same issues. Bluetooth was hardly functioning in my car and it wouldn't recognize the simplest commands. Also, celluar phonebook option on the nav was grayed out so I couldn't import my phonebook either.

I took it in while it was under warrenty and they installed new microphone. It didn't help.

I took it in again (my warrenty ended) but it's still covered because it was an issue prior. They said there was a service issue with those particular parts and that they'd install new bluetooth and acuralink...although he said bluetooth is "not prefect".

I'm picking up the car today so hopefully all is fine and dandy now. They're just now trying to sell me a 500 dollar 45,000 maintenance package .

 

I just got a new '12 tech and nav/bluetooth isn't detecting my phone. Also the voice commands aren't working too well either. Curious to know what the diagnosis was and how they fixed your car. thx
