Spoiler

I'm tired of the spoiler on my 09 TSX. The colour is polished metal. Any suggestions? Anybody in the Vancouver area with the same coloured TSX?

the only thing to do would either be swap trunks with someone who wants the spoiler or get the holes filled which will be quite pricey. IMO the spoiler looks pretty good on the 2g tsx

Get the decklid spoiler instead. It looks so much better than the wing

James, I'd be happy to trade but what concerns me is the posible variation in color tone from the 09 to the 10. And the fact that I can't go even a day without my car. I'd have to receive your lid first, see if it matches, if it does then install it and ship mine back to you. It'd be about a five to six day turn around for you to get a lid back, either mine or yours. If you are still tempted then hit me up. You pay shipping out out and I'll pay shipping back. Later

Tempting but I can't go that long without my car either. I will look into the cost of getting the spoiler removed by a body shop then maybe I'll can sell you the spoiler to recoop the costs.

Best to trade spoilers then to remove entire trunk lid. The shipping cost alone can go in excess of $200, never mind the possibility of damage in transit.

The wing spoiler require the replacement of 2 trunk lid springs to compensate the heavier weight of the wing, the lid spoiler require 1 spring replacement only. Bear in mind, the wing spoiler require 4 holes drilled in each side of the trunk (8 in total), whereas the lid spoiler require 2 holes drilled in each side of the trunk (4 in total).

I don't blame you. But yeah, I'm sure that if you put it up for sale for a decent price it should sell quick. Hell, I'd probably buy it if I'm in town. Good luck.
