Speedo accuracy after 6th gear swap
I plan to swap to a .738 6th gear in my 2014. Every other gear and final drive are still stock. Will this affect the accuracy of the speedometer?

Where is the VSS for these cars? If it reads from the final drive ring gear, your gear swap should not affect the speedometer.
What's the reasoning behind the swap, and where's the gear from? Just wondering.

Reason for swap is to stay in the powerband when shifting into 6th gear.

It should not affect anything then.
If it does, see if modifry.com still sells the "yellow jacket" speedometer correction. It's $40 or 50.
I have one for my S2000 based on good reviews of it. I'll install it whenever I start driving the car again
