So the two cool features I like are:

1) Keeping the mirror adjuster switch to the right so that when I back up, the right side mirror points downward, and
2) On a hot day, keeping the "unlock" button down to bring the windows and the moonroof down/open.

What other cool features are there (I have a base TSX)?

 

on the 3rd gen TL we have those features. try using the key in the door lock and unlock only hold it there for 3 or 4 secs. it should do the same thing as you described.
Now lock the door using the key and holding it for 3 secs, the windows should go back up.

Unlock the door with the key, then turn the key to the right, again. But this time holding it, the windows will go down as long as you hold it.

 

you turn to the right 3 times and hold to open. twice to the left and hold to close all windows. if your sunroof was closed, it will also open. if it is tilted open, it will remain in that position and not fully retract.

another cool feature is bluetooth audio. amazes all my friends when my iphone streams music through my pocket. they are like "wtf your phones not plugged in?"

and the ejector seats are awesome. but those are a custom mod

 

I wish the 3rd gen TL had AD2P streaming bluetooth profile!!!!

 

Another thing that people seem to not know about is the sliding console armrest thingy.

And also the "Time" voice command.

And also giving your GPS the "Blowjob" voice command will redirect you to the nearest motel.

 

The side mirror pointing downward in reverse is new cool feature, indeed.
However, the "unlock" thingy is nothing new, at least it has on my previous Accord '03

 

I would want to have
+ Cooling seats (as opposed of heating seats)
+ Keyless ignition (Start button) since it looks just cool and high-end.
+ Accessing the trunk from inside (backseat) the car.

 

I actually get frustrated with the mail messages of features on the NAVI every day for the first month... I hit "stop reading" and go back to map.

Of course with my '05 RL, the only voice commands I ever use is "Go Home" and "Fan Speed 7."
