Selling advice- 2012 TSX V6 Black
Just a quick question. I've thought about selling my TSX and was wondering what a realistic sell price might be. Located in So. California.
2012 TSX V6 Black- 12800 miles, always garaged, completely stock except for tinted windows.
Any opinions would be appreciated.

Is it worth ~$15,000 to you for the new car experience every 3 years? Since you are hardly putting any miles on it every year, then you are mostly just paying for the experience rather than wear and tear. If not, then keep it and drive it for 10 more years until it actually isn't worth anything. That would be the way to be smartest with your money.

Reads like a soft 'For Sale' ad posed as a question...

OP - Sounds like leasing might be a good option going forward for you. This is assuming you like driving newer cars and continue to drive very few miles annually. At the end of the lease, you just hand the dealer the keys and walk away / start over.
Like others have said you could drive the TSX another 10 years and save your $$.

If I were habitually addicted to having new cars every 2 or 3 years, I'd lease, instead of buy.
With a lease and a factory warranty, you'd be much more at ease owning cars that are more exciting, yet less reliable (like German brands). Acura's are like the homely girl next door... if it's excitement and one-night stands that you need, would you choose this girl?

It's just the base model. I bought the car 18 months ago, and I was planning on keeping it for a while. Changed jobs and got a Volt to drive in the carpool lane, so now the TSX just sits in the garage. Just wondering what a realistic value of the car is. There aren't very many comparables out there to gauge an accurate price.

I hear you on the comparables piece. June of 13, I bought a 2007 Lexus ES350 with approx 17K on the odometer. Prior owner lived and worked in same town about 2 miles apart. They walked to work as often as possible. Said they had a very difficult time pricing it because there were no comparables, which worked in my favor.

$18,000 is a good price. The V6 does not bring any more money than the DOHC 4 cyl as it is less desirable in that car. The 4 cylinder has a timing chain versus the V6's belt and gets ~ 5 mpg better fuel economy which are its' strong points. With the TLX out recently, the TSX and TL models dropped significantly. If it had the Tech Package, you could add $2k as it was a HDD setup with high resolution backup camera and ELS surround sound system. 2012 was a major model year change for Tech packages as they switched from the DVD based system and offer a 4x better resolution screen.

Cuz my 2012 feels like 1989 compared to other brand cars.

Cuz I went from a DD of a 2013 Lexus that had amazing nav and backup to a 2012 TSX wagon, and I feel like Marty McFly going back in time to 1983

VTEC just kicked in, yo!
11+ nav is better than 09-10, but it's still shit. I hate it. Wish I got the base and put in an aftermarket double din unit where the clusterfuck of buttons are and call it a day. It's much harder to do this with the TECH package because the ELS amp has a lot more going on with it (forgot the details; additional input signals from the OEM head I think), giving the aftermarket head unit a harder time to communicate with it. You'd have to gut the whole ELS setup.

He's got enough info now to make some kind of informed decision so I'm closing the thread.
