Replace DRL with LED TSX

I am going to replace my day time running lights (Acura TSX 2009) HB3 9005 with the led's below.

Would it be an issue ?

yes. you will need resistors to get rid of the error...

all this is searchable information btw

i have LED DRLs.

you need a set of resistors....iJDMtoy sells some. search on acura on that site.

FYI: the tsx turns down the volts on the high beam for the drl. that means your LEDs will also get that amount of voltage. it all works. the issue I had was I wasnt happy with the output of the LEDs in bright sun at 6 volts. couldnt see them.

i added a vleds drl module that makes the 6 volts back to 12 volts. had to add a relay to make it all happy.

and to offset the lack of high beams I put HIDs in my fogs and those are now my high beams when i need them. and to be clear...i have a Hi Beam light its just a LED that isnt nearly as bright as a normal high beam.

lol i bought my led DRL from ijdmtoy and i think they were being nice or something cuz they just gave me the resistors for like free or do they come with it? idk cuz i went to the actual shop to buy it since it was like half a mile from my house xD.

Can you post some pictures of how it looks when you get a chance?

Thanks!

yes I can flash to pass and I can put the high beams on. before the relay was in, flash to pass popped the high beam fuse. once I seperated them with relay its all good.

Do using resistor cause overall harm to the wires or to the car. I don't want to risk burning any wires.

Thx
