OEM Window Visors

Just got mine today. Was wondering how many people just used tape and how many people used it with the clips? I had to take the weather stripping off on my TL for the clips and i just dont feel like taking it off for this car. Is it necessary?

Clips are not necessary I just used the tape and trust me it wont fall out, I have pics of it in the photo thread...

My only gripe is that there is a lot of chrome left on the window trimmiming after you put it on...I'm planning to plasti dip the chrome this weekend

I used both the clips and tape.

I used both. It lines it up nicely and gives a little extra support. Plus, are you just going to leave the holes open?

I had a weatherstrip tool that made removing the rubber easy and clean.

You can still plug the holes with the screws even without the clips not a big deal...really up to you if you wanna put the clips on but if you really dont want to go thru the hassle it should be okay
